ISSUES WITH LISTING Upon check-in, inspect the property and report any issues within one hour of arrival, and no later than 10:00 PM, so we can resolve them as quickly as possible. PARKING The driveway can park 7 cars. Do not park on the street. Please tell your guests as it could result in a fine. CHECK-OUT No later than 10am. $25 per 15 minutes will be charged after 10am. We only have 6 hours to turn the house before the next guest so our cleaners have to work quickly. BEFORE YOU LEAVE Please empty the refrigerator. Load and start dishwasher. Take out the trash. Lock the doors. NO PARTIES/EVENTS No parties, events, or large gatherings. No unregistered guests without prior approval. It can result in a fine and immediate termination of your access to the property. MOVING ITEMS If you move items (furniture, mattresses, etc.), please put them back before you leave. There will be a $50 charge for the first piece and $25 per additional if we have to call someone out to move items back to their original location. PETS Maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with a pet fee per pet. Please clean up after your pet. Dogs are allowed downstairs on the tile only. No dogs upstairs.
